Connor’s journey with us began as a summer intern on our Business Development team. He is now a Jack-of-all-trades; helping us with everything from our Vancouver expansion to our day-to-day operations. Connor spent a few years on the west coast honing his golf skills so it's safe to say you can find him on the local course all summer long. (We have yet to bribe him to give the office lessons)

Property Sales Consultant

We are a property management firm focused on furnished, executive rentals. With over 300 rentals already in Western Canada, we are looking for your help in expanding even further into the Vancouver Market!

A Property Sales Consultant is responsible for two client groups: the property owner whose property we represent and take care of, and the tenants who we match with fantastic properties and then support through their tenancy. This role can be wildly rewarding, diverse and also challenging at times. We strive to meet the needs of our two client groups with compassion, a sense of urgency and transparency.

    Some Responsibilities of this job include but not limited to:

  • Meeting with potential new owners
  • Answering questions from owners regarding the services we offer
  • Signing on new properties
  • Marketing our company to brokers, realtors & other real estate professionals
  • Conducting showings with potential tenants at properties and following up
  • Handling keys & important documents
  • Basic Administrative work
  • Ability to travel to & from meetings at different properties throughout the Greater Vancouver Area

    Cleaner & Upkeep Coordinator

    Are you an experienced residential cleaner looking for part-time/full time flexible hours and an opportunity to advance in a fast-growing company?

    We are looking for the right person to begin our first in-house Cleaning & Upkeep Program for Live Furnished! If you are a motivated self starter with leadership skills, this position is for you!

    YOU…

  • Must have own vehicle for transportation, and Valid Driver’s License** (no exceptions)
  • MUST be available during month end periods (28th -31st and 1st – 4th) and flexible with shorter hours mid month.
  • Are comfortable with navigating the city and able to pick up keys at our downtown office
  • Adapt well to change and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment
  • Are meticulous, efficient, and reliable.
  • Will have your own vehicle and will be available for Monday – Friday (Plus weekends if required)
  • Legal to work in Canada
